CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY
It’s important to understand that by forgetting or canceling appointments without sufficient notice, Extension Bar LA loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time. As a result, other clients waiting for appointments miss out on services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments at EBLA requires a deposit for all appointments.
For all appointments, deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 24 hours.
Consultations: We collect a $25, non-refundable, one-time consultation fee upon scheduling a consultation. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or are a no-show the $25 consultation fee will be kept by EBLA as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule the consultation with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will stand and be applied to your future consultation.
All Other Appointments: Appointment deposit prices range depending on the desired service(s). That deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your upcoming appointment, should the appointment go forward as scheduled. However, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or are a no-show, the paid deposit will be kept by EBLA as a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be applied to any future appointments.
Please Note: If you reschedule your appointment more than 3 times, you will need to pay a new deposit fee.
